Dreams (a Nuance) for Piano

A piece for piano that tries to depict the subconscious state of man during his sleep. Here, a pitch class set was used (C C# D# G# F), then transposed fifth above, the Whole Tone scale, Hirajoshi scale (a Japanese pentatonic scale), the Pentatonic scale, and as a recurring theme through the end, a segment of the Dies Irae plainchant. The piece deals with subtle shades of dynamics, phrasing and tempo.
